These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 188bd platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 188bd may request documents at any time for identity verification. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Funds can be deposited on the 188bd platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

188bd monitors all transactions. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and documents may be requested for further verification.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 adds the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• 188bd reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers under special circumstances.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

188bd is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All games are operated using SSL encryption and verifiable Random Number Generators (RNG).

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities with the intent to alter game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to gain bonus or system advantages (collusion).
• Chargeback fraud or filing false payment disputes.
• Sharing or transferring account credentials or identity to another person.

6.1 VIP Tiers

188bd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity.

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

The terms relating to VIP cashback and rewards are set by 188bd and may change at any time. VIP tier benefits are non-transferable and are tied to the account only.

7.1 Bet Acceptance Conditions

The 188bd sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. It is the user's responsibility to read the applicable rules and market terms before placing any bet.

7.2 Result Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding sports results, 188bd's decision will be considered final. 188bd reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

7.3 Match Control

If an event is not completed or is cancelled for a specific reason, 188bd will make a decision regarding the relevant bets in accordance with the applicable rules. A separate policy may apply for rescheduled events.

8.1 Closure Initiated by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before making the request. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned after the account is closed.

8.2 Closure Initiated by 188bd

188bd reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• A significant breach of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
